The best hotel for your money.

The experience was EXCELLENT! The customer service and the cleanliness was superb. I will be going back and staying for sure. The price was really affordable for everything that you get. The restaurant food and service was so good we just kept eating there.

Ubicación perfecta, a dos cuadras de los andadores, muy cerca del centro. Puedes llegar a pie sin ningún problema. La atención de todo el personal increíble, sin duda regresaré ahí, hacen de tu estadía una maravilla. El restaurante delicioso.

Excelente lugar para escuchar la naturaleza y a los monos sarahuatos por la mañana. Muy cerca de las ruinas. Solo por parte del servicio tienen areas de oportunidad para mejorar la atención al huésped.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was mostly clean, though I did notice a few cobwebs in the corners. The staff was friendly and respectful, and I appreciated how quickly they handled a complaint about loud music during the evening—it was resolved without any hassle. The nighttime was fairly quiet, which made for a restful evening. However, around 7 AM, road noise became noticeable, and it was tough to sleep in with the sound of passing traffic. Still, the overall experience was decent and met expectations.
