"This was our favourite B&B. The owner Simona was absolutely wonderful. The hot tub in our room was out of this world. If you have the chance to visite this gem…DO IT!!"

"Massimiliano was a great host, but we were the only guests and the restaurant was closed. The hotel was basically unmanaged. It should not have been listed as a hotel. "

"Convenient for parking, clean and relatively easy access to the town. The rooms were functional, getting into the place after hours was easy ( check in).
No breakfast but a supermarket was 300 meters away"

"It was a totally delightful experience. Our needs were taken care of, the Breakfast delicious and the meals at their restaurant superb. It was a perfect place to rest, relax and see Siena. "
"This is a very special place. A highlight of our trip. The service was top notch and the staff worked hard to make sure that our time there was a great experience. We had two dinners there and both were delicious. The room was very comfortable. They even gifted us with their branded olive oil when we checked out. We were sad to leave!"
"Highly recommended. The hotel was a block from the escalator flight that comes up from the train station, so no taxi required to transfer. Hotel staff was terrific and the room nicely appointed. I was about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, almost all of it through the historic medieval city so a beautiful journey."
"The absolute perfect option if you’re looking for an agriturismo but aren’t going to have access to a car. We had a large family group of six that took up two rooms and one of the apartments. The train station is about a ten to fifteen minute walk, with a bit of an incline, but it’s manageable with luggage. There is a Coop at the bottom of the hill about a four minute walk. We went grocery shopping multiple times and cooked most of our meals in the apartment kitchen. Siena city center is about a 40 minute walk, but the 24-hour set of escalators at the mall across the street from the station make it very simple. Despite being so close to everything, the property is set back enough that the noise doesn’t really make its way up. The pool and the apartment terraces boast wonderful views of Siena’s walls and major buildings. I made a mistake booking, and the staff were incredibly helpful in fixing my mistake and keeping the trip together. Cannot recommend this place enough, it’s an absolute hidden gem."
"The staff at the front desk was amazing. When we arrived he greeted us with such a warm smile and welcomed us to the hotel. He absolutely made the hotel experience much better. "
