"Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it. My sister got locked in her room as the door lock jammed. Freezing room....

"Spacious appartment, friendly staff (not every one could speak english there) . It has two building blocks, one that faces a main road and I was living in there. Lots of noise coming in from the street/ road until Mexicans go home to sleep ! The appartment had more necessities for a solo traveler , utensils in the kitchen, crockery etc. I was here in late October, so the weather was a bit cold in the evening, which is what people in leon are really waiting for, but the appartment did not have...

"The actual facility is so much worse than the pictures. Not clean, cheap air spray refresher that can cause allergy. Hot water runs only 2 mins, then you have to wait 10 mins to have another 2 mins hot water. The rooms are cold. Terrible experience. The location is very confused and very difficult to find. No sign or anything, the entry door is very old. Charge hotel price, higher than other apartment in the area. Listed 2 bathrooms for my executive apt, but had only 1 tiny bathroom."

"Location is perfect . There is so much to do around this area and a lot of the main attractions are minutes away . I felt safe and the AC was amazing . It was nice getting back to cold room after a hot day . It’s also in the main floor so there aren’t many stairs you have to climb and the hotel has an elevator . I would be staying here again . The breakfast included is a building down the road but the food was very delicious."
