"We felt very safe staying here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived at 6am to the hotel, and the front desk was able to help us with early check-in and get our room early. Overall 10/10stay all places were close by and walkable."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Luuna de Jade. Location was central and walking distance to most everything. The staff and service were top tier from check in to check out. We especially enjoyed the bar and restaurant, Mantis, where we were welcomed by Jocelyn with drinks, Alan with mezcal tastings and Yeshua with all the best recommendations. The hotel felt very cozy and accommodating, almost like a bed and breakfast, but way more vibey. We were especially impressed with the shower and its pressure. All in all a solid trip made better by Jade. Looking forward to our next visit."
