Beautiful spot BUT...

We booked a specific room and they gave us a different room. This room smells so bad. Humidity and smell of spout. Extremely noisy room also. The place is beautiful. I have to say that thank you to JOEL we will return again. This employee was extremely kind and respectful. He apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a tour to the whole property.

This has been one of my favorite places we have gotten! Its so rich in culture and the customer service was amazing from everyone we encountered! It is very clean, and they are at your service for whatever you need. Absolutely recommend and will definitely stay there again next time we visit family.

Muy linda la Hacienda y muy bien mantenida. El personal muy amable y muy buen servicio. El restaurant muy.bien con excelente musica en vivo (fue un domingo). Y muy padre las actividades que tienen para niños (al menos en domingo) brincolin, para pintar, y super bien que tienen una salande cine para niños. Las habitaciones muy amplias y las camas super cómodas.
