Everything was perfect, the rooms were absolutely clean and beautiful. View was perfect. The staff- Jerica(i think that was her name) was helpful and nice. We played and had fun at the first floor. Bar was nice. The user experience overall of these hotels are exceptional!

Loved our stay at citizenM Hotel! Check-in was super easy and done through self-check-in on an iPad, with friendly staff available if you needed any assistance. Check-out was just as easy and convenient. The room was cute and colorful, and the lobby had the same fun vibe! My only complaint was that the bathroom was a little small, but other than that, the bed was very comfortable. I also loved how easy everything was to navigate using the iPad, including the different mood settings for the room, you could change the colors of the lights and set relaxing music to wind down. Overall, we had a great stay and I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel was very nice! Love that it has all the latest high tech amenities. It has great parking and is close to the freeway. The room is perfect for two people. It was very clean. The staff is very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Menlo Park is a hidden gem! I love going on the weekends when it’s nice and quiet. The rooms are nice and clean. The team is beyond amazing. HIGHLY Recommended!

Great place to spend the night, either for work or holiday. The hotel has a decent restaurant and bar, good parking, and is well situated. The rooms are very clean and have almost everything you could want, except for a refrigerator and coffee maker. But I’m not marking down for these small flaws since it’s not meant for long term stays and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
