Charly the gentlemen in charge of entertainment is extremely welcoming. Also, it’s not too far from the air port. Only complaint is that the AC in the buffet area wasn’t working but they had many fans which helped. We will definitely be back. "

"We stayed here with our toddler and had a wonderful time. The restaurants had no wait times and the food was good. The three pools made it so fun for our toddler to explore around and the play area was nice. We didn’t use the kids club because our toddler was too young. It looked nice though! We did venture out and rent a car on our own. When we found ourselves stuck with the car overnight the hotel was extremely accommodating to us parking it on the property with virtually no notice. Overall, it was super relaxing and accommodating. Perfect for family summer vacationing. "

"The only thing I would want to improve is the ac in the room. Everywhere else you go is hot so the break to cool off in your room would be nice. It never got below 78 degrees. But the restaurants and bars are great and everyone is so friendly! "
