"Lovely apartment at an excellent price. Helpful staff who gave clear directions for self-checkin. Within easily walkable distance to the main attractions and the central train station. Nice variety of extra snacks and comforts provided in the room, which was a nice touch."

"It is a good place for a short stay. Not luxurious, but that’s not expected for this price. The staff is very nice, but the rooms are directly besides a very loud street, so not recommended to sleep with open windows. "

"My husband and I had a great stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable. The garden terrace was lovely to sit and have a glass of wine. The shuttle service to the airport was great."
"Nice patio facing the Main Street. Comfortable room setting. Staff called cab for us for dinner. Didn’t seem to see any good eating options near the hotel."
"I arrived late as my flight was delayed so really only slept and showered. Front desk staff was very helpful and the hotel is right across from the Duomo and tower. There are several restaurants and trattorias nearby but no vehicle access (within restricted city walls) super clean but cramped - historic hotel but lots of stairs or old cranky elevator and can barely fit one person. Same for shower. Slept well but no breakfast. Don’t think it was worth what I paid- no view but again, I got in late."
