A great stay!

Wonderful place to stay. Spotless, unbeatable location, surprisingly quiet (given that it is directly on Piazza della Cisterna), helpful and cheerful staff. We chose a room with a valley view. Truly outstanding!! Some minor technical quibbles (shower drain loose, lighting difficult to figure out), but we would go back there in a heartbeat.

Right on the piazza and a room with valley view and room was sound proof and quiet. Updated room looks new. Breakfast available for fee. Hotel staff are nice. Parking wasn’t too far. Parked in P2. The trick is get in a line at the entry gates and wait for an opening , green light, then press button to get ticket. You pay on way out next day at the machine which takes tap before you get into your car, then you insert the ticket at the gate when you leave.

Hôtel idéalement situé en plein centre de San Gimignano. Charmante bâtisse avec une belle vue sur la place de La Cisterna en ce qui me concerne. Pas de déjeuner inclus, mais on peut l’ajouter pour 14€, avec une superbe vue sur San Gimignano. Les chambres sont bien mais le lit n’était pas le plus confortable qui soit (sans être désagréable non plus). Le personnel est très sympathique!

mittelmäßiges Hotel, das allein durch seine Lage besticht. zumindest bequeme Betten und ein toller Ausblick vom Balkon. nur leider wurde die Sauberkeit im Zimmer arg vernachlässigt. ein freundlicher Empfang im Hotel sieht anders aus. zwischendurch, beim Betreten oder Verlassen des Hotels, wurde man als Gast nicht mit einer Geste gewürdigt. die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter waren im Frühstücksraum anzutreffen.
