"The address is currently incorrect, but the correct address is a few doors away. There is a somewhat narrow time window when staff are present to receive you, between 2:30 pm and 7 pm, unless you make specific arrangements with them. The room and bathroom were fine and there is a common area kitchen. If on foot, the location of the hotel within the walled historic city is fine, not far from the central square but up a hill. Restaurants are also nearby. The bus stop to the nearest train...

"Very clean, modern bathroom and shabby-chic decor in the bedroom. Perfect for views of San Gan, and just a 5 min walk. More of an air bnb than hotel, but we had breakfast just over the road at a hotel for €8 each (continental buffet) which worked well. Recommend here, we really liked it!"

"Decent location with good views, room was ok but funny smell in bathroom, air con was very noisy and bed wasn't comfy. Shower wasn't great either. Free parking was great."

"Lovely room. Very quaint. Getting away from the crowds to a local get away. Love the winery next door and recommend having their family style dinner. Amenities are few but loved the stay. Breakfast is served late, 9:00ish am. Would prefer an earlier breakfast as there is no coffee in the rooms. Great place if you like to sleep in. "

"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "
