"The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful. Itโ€™s a short taxi ride into town and moments from the airport of course. I used the Hotel shuttle. I had my mother and my aunt, both in wheelchairs, and the driver was so helpful with them. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We arrived in Bologna by train for a 2-night stay and the Starhotels Excelsior was a great place to land. The hotel is directly across the street from the train station and within a 20 minute walk to the center of town, which made it ideal for our needs. The front desk staff were helpful and efficient, and the room was spacious - you could walk around without tripping over suitcases - with a comfortable bed. Also, it was very quiet inside the room - any noise from the street below did not reach inside our room. The hotel was a basic place to stay for a couple of nights and met our needs perfectly."
