"**Poor location in Catania** Many rubbish on the street, feeling unsafe for female / young travelers
Unstable electricity supply, went off twice within 4 hours. The light in the living room is flickering. The owner refused to acknowledge the issue and was reluctant to take further remedies.
Overall, it is a clean apartment but not recommend for travelers. "

"Cousins, my daughter, and I came to Sicily to find our roots in a small village. We fell in love with Catania and the hotel was perfect! Everyone involved was so helpful and lines of communication were efficient, friendly, and professional. So grateful for this great place to stay. "

"Nice apartment, very good location. However the address on hotels.com didn’t match with the actual address, we got dropped of a cab on the wrong place since we weren’t informed about the right address. The host were kind to pick us up though. "

"Excellent location in the center of Catania - public transportation easily available, bus to airport across the street, shops and restaurants in the area, and Catania’s baroque churches in the area.
Good size apt, should improve the bed.
Otherwise, all good!"

"Tutto come ci aspettavamo, posizione molto buona, 15 minuti da via Etnea a piedi, posto auto comodo, servizio check in/out e richieste ottimo, appartamento nuovo, qualche segno di inciviltà sui mobili ma poca roba. "

"This property was such a unique establishment. Every room had its own character. We loved how central it was to all the attractions. Would stay again and highly recommend."

"We had an excellent stay here at Delta Giardini Naxos. On arrival we were a bit underwhelmed by the room (we had booked a sea-view room with balcony for 6 nights with breakfast) and we had paid a lot of money. The room needs updating and redecorating (wallpaper peeling and torn in several obvious places) the balcony needs repainting - as does all the outside of the sea-facing side of the hotel. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with a very good shower, but has deep sides that may be difficult for someone with mobility issues to get in and out. Plenty liquid soap and body lotion, but no shower cap or other toiletries - we got them on asking. The bed was extremely comfortable and was huge- slept very well. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and egg dishes made to order (omelette were delicious). Coffee available from machines or served to table by requesting strong coffee for two. Having breakfast on the veranda of the breakfast-room was a highlight- it's overlooking the pool and beach- but it's luck of the draw if you get a table there- but plenty of tables available inside. The pebble beach is well maintained and very diligent lifeguards on duty- towels and sunloungers provided by hotel. Pool area is beautiful but it's first up first served as regards getting a lounger at the pool. Hotel needs to enforce some type of "no towels on empty seats" rule - as several pool loungers were empty for hours on end. The Spa area is beautiful. All staff were excellent."
"The place is beautiful (but the spa was closed.)
The bedroom was excellent beautiful views quiet comfortable bed.
Swimming in the sea wonderful.!
The only complaint was the restaurant in place the pasta dish was awful is unfortunately that happens in a fantastic location they should be more concerned about the quality of the food.
Even the breakfast the scramble eggs need attention."
"Check-in after a late flight was easy. Restaurant/cafe was still open at 9:20p.
They arranged a 3:30am taxi to the airport at a reasonable price.
Overall, very satisfied!"
"Very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Room was a good size and a nice sea view. Room was well sound proofed from outside road noise; it was nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Parking underground at €10 per night and we used their travel cot for our little one. Approximately 20mins from Catania Airport."
"It was a perfect location, close to town across the street from the beach pool on site. Breakfast options but my air conditioner in my room did not work and it was very hot. I was extremely uncomfortable. when I notified the staff they sent someone immediately only to be told it’s working properly. Apparently the front desk controls your thermostat. They said they lower mine. very strange. But it was extremely hot and I did not feel any air blowing."
