"What a fabulous hotel. A superb 4 star hotel. Spa is amazing too. Location excellent. There was one disointing aspect. The quality of the hotel food was 3 star. It was very plentiful, but not a good general standard. Somewhat basic. I say this, because if the food improved by 20%, it would be the perfect hotel. You could find one or two quality plates if you searched . The other factors to this hotel were so good, that the food quality did not affect us as much. Overall an excellent hotel."

"Hotel amazing great facilities. Toilets round pool area many did not have door locks or were smashed glass which was not I. Keeping with the rest of the hotel . Unfortunately not all bar and restaurant staff were polite and were quite rude which when working in hospitality is disappointing as all other staff amazing and welcoming and helpful. Duty manager Miriam was amazing . Despite some of the staffs attitude would still return as had a brilliant holiday."

"The hotel was spotless Is it 4 star ? There was kettle in room had to ask for one and pay a deposit The room it self needs to be updated plaster on ceiling chipping off I think it was 4 star 20 years ago but it needs a total refurbishment for that status now Or maybe expect to much"

"It was nice and pleasant, it did what it said on the tin, it was nice. I would suggest a good 3 star resort, or an okay 4 star resort. No real issues apart from the lift breaking down a couple of times and a room clean that could have been better. The question is would I go back? If it was at the right price and I was on a budget then yes I would be happy to return."

"We arrived late due to flight delays. We’d already informed the property management that we would be late. Information was given regarding late key collection. Unfortunately the vital map showing us where the keys were was missed from the correspondence so it was a frustrating search before we located them. Otherwise, everything was very smooth, the property was excellent but we knew that as it was our second visit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Definitely recommend it as a base when visiting Tenerife."

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado es como el Punta Cana o el Cancún pero de Europa, el bulevar lleno de tiendas y restaurantes todo muy bien iluminado las calles espectaculares, yo me quedé en las habitaciones que son mirando la montaña y estaba súper amplia estilo suite, los desayunos y restaurantes muy buenos, hacen muchas actividades sobre todo para los niños, la zona de playa del hotel es una de las mejores. Recomiendo el hotel completamente. Los empleados son súper amables y serviciales."
