"I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room. This is a beautiful old home in good condition, but the overall service didn’t match the expected experience. Breakfast left much to be desired, too. "Room was an apartment with bedroom, living area, dining area and kitchen. Bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. Breakfast was included and had a decent variety of food. "I spent weeks here. I stayed in the room with a private bathroom. The bed is comfortable and worm. The shower is electric shower, but works surprisingly well. The wifi is fast and steady. The host is very friendly. It’s pretty close to the bus terminal, but a bit far from downtown."
