"This property is very close to the lift but that is about it.... We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. "Quiet on weekends with limited stores open. Weekdays are ideal, near restaurants, bars, stores, groceries, museums and parks. Staff very accommodating . Pool area is a little run down and balcony furniture would be appreciated . Good value for price."

"We stayed at Lastarria Hotel & Aparts for a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There were several restaurants within walking distance along with a few shops. There is train station a few blocks away. Cerro Santa Lucia is just a few blocks away as well. We really enjoyed our stay here!! "

Beautiful room with huge windows, thoughtful turn down service with touches that I hadn’t experienced in other hotels, one of the best hotel breakfasts that I’d ever seen, gorgeous communal spaces and a well-equipped gym. Better experience this time

"OK this time around everything was great (thanks to Paul). Although I was not upgraded, I was finally put in a room where both the internet connectivity and the television was working properly. The only hiccup is on Sunday, breakfast was supposed to finish at 12:00 pm. When I arrived at 11:30, the little hot food that was left was cold and the staff had already put half of the breakfast food away. They should tell people that breakfast really ends some time before 11:30 instead of 12:00 PM."
