I highly recommend this Hotel, especially if you're travelling on a budget but want the 5-star treatment. Staff are very friendly and helpful despite slight English/Spanish translation barrier. The room was larger than I expected, and they had hot water (had bad experience in past with some locations not having hot water). Nice restaurants nearby. Location is good during daylight, but after dark exercise caution and use situational awareness.

Awesome hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. It is awesome. The staff were wonderful. It is essentially located to walk anywhere in downtown San Jose and then some close to shopping, eating and museums.

Wonderful hotel. Located within walking distance of the heart of San José and near a lot of transit options - including the bus to/from the airport. The hotel itself was extremely clean and has great WiFi. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend - a great value!

Great hotel

I highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely awesome. It’s located in downtown San Jose. It’s within walking distance of many many restaurants, shopping. Anything you want the museums? It’s all right here.

Good hotel, nice people

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was completely awesome. The room was nice. The only thing I will say is it was a little loud sometimes at night. It was just a little loud and then early in the morning other than that it was great.

Good for a short stay!

We only spent one night in this hotel. The room was fine, the bed was big and comfortable. There was a water dispenser downstairs with cool water. Overall it was good for a short stay!

A Nice Place to Stay

A very nice place to stay especially for the price. Very nice and charming decor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The downside is that I couldn't get a strong Wi-Fi signal in my room and had to go to the lobby to get any work done. They need a second router for such a big place. Also, my toilet seat was broken, which made it uncomfortable to sit on. Other than those things, we really liked our stay there.
