2nd time staying here. Rooms are always comfortable and clean. My teenage daughter doesn’t like the doors for shower and toilet, since they don’t lock and have frosted glass. We will stay here again if ever in the San Jose area.

We loved our stay at "Springhill Suites by Marriot" at SJ, CA. Staff is amazing, kind, always willing to help. They offer the services of airport shuttle and luggage storage free of charge. Since our room was ready, they let us in it before the usual check in at 11am; check out is at noon. Room was clean, beds confortable, smelled good, we slept nicely and warm. Buffet breakfast was delicious, abundant and varied. They have on site laundry service by the guest. Overall, we very much recommend this hotel!

Near Light Rail Stop btw Levi & San Pedro Square
Great location for 49ers vs Lions NFC Championship Game. Light Rail System Metro Stop just a couple blocks away made going to the Game & to San Pedro Square the night before really convienent. Hotel lobby adjoins w/Residence Inn.

Overall it was a great place to stay. Very clean. At 1 point the tv in our room didnt work but ot was fixed in an hr. Also the lobby restaurant was severly understaffed during a busy night, 1 waiter who doubled as bartender and 1 cook. After waiting 45 min to have our order taken, we werr told it would be even longer to get our food. We ordered postmates at that point

Love this place so much ! Super clean and cozy, it’s like a mini apartment. They have free breakfast which is very delicious. Parking fee is $15.

The hotel is cleaned, parking garage easy-going but the bathrooms door and the toilet door is terrible they using the sliding door but is making noises and not closed all the way so it not comfortable at all.

Go Niners!!
The stay was great. We went to 49ers game was easy to the stadium from the hotel and back afterwards. Enjoyed eating at the hotel bar and grill very yummy and watched the cowboys beat the eagles lol…the hotel beds very comfortable, very clean room and loved that it had a microwave and fridge.. we will definitely stay at SpringHill Suites when we go see a Niners game again.

First of all, I would like to say the service at this hotel was on point! They offered us a beverage when we arrived to check in. We needed some extra towels sent up to the room. I called to the front desk and they had towels sent up in less than 5 minutes! Our room did have a very strong scent of weed and I did not like the frosted glass on the sliding bathroom doors, but over all the room was great! The bed/pillows were very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet, considering how many people were staying there that weekend. I would definitely stay here again.
