"I did not like that they do not sweep and mop the floors in the hotel room being that we’re in and out the rooms back n forth to the beach and pools. My feet were so dirty in the room and i had to wear socks but even so, my socks got dirty. They did not come into our room for 2 days and we had no new bath towels; my husband had to drop off all the dirty towels in the hamper. They do not have enough hooks to hang up towels etc. The room smelled like mold and there was mold behind the bathroom door. The sink leaked out all over the counter like as a puddle. The small mirror was plugged in and did not turn on. We stood on the ground floor and the hotel door had a huge gap under and we had to put a towel under so no bugs can come inside etc. This is for room #1011"
