$17 worth of available snacks free each day. Restaurant, at least for brunch was so so. There's what looked to be a decent little place for breakfast about about 2-3 blocks heading to Old San Juan, same side of the street.E-scooters all over which are great for a quick trip.

When checking in there were no issues. Moises was very informative and helpful and ven assured that my request for a microwave was fulfilled in a timely manner. The room was beautiful and clean. The housekeeper, Nitza, was very thorough when cleaning and assuring that we received anything we were needing. She even brought more shampoo expeditiously. Some concerns were the vallet parking. You are forced to use this service if you have a car rental needing to be parked. The amount of time you have to wait for your car is a while. I even attempted to call in advance, but the button for vallet parking in the in the rooms line seems not to work. Also, there was a vallet workers was very unprofessional and created a bad experience for me as they were being homophobic towards me and my spouse. They have made comments on numerous occasions. There was even an issue where they didn’t put our room number down for the vallet parking and I had to bring this to the attention of the front desk for them to correct this. Another experience that was kind of offputting was ordering from the comedor restaurant downstairs. I ordered 2 comedor burgers well done and when I received it, it was burned. When brought to their attention they offered to remake them but even then they were burnt again. The following day when we went for drinks the staff just gave us looks due to the previous day issue with the burgers. Besides these things the experience was ok.

Old hotel conveniently located. Hotel needs a facelift but the staff who checked us in was very helpful, friendly and gave us good restaurant recommendations. There is a supermarket almost right opposite to the hotel. Also quite a selection of restaurants within walking distance. Only one lift and the door closes very fast. Would not stop closing even if one tries to manually force it to.

Only one tiny elevator so the wait time is between 10-15 mins. The elevator stops every floor! It’s ridiculous!

Arrived from the airport at 2PM. Room not ready but was not guaranteed until 4PM so that was ok. Was told they would call when the room ready. No call! Went back at 4 and room ready. We got drinks and an appetizer in the Comodore room while waiting. That was nice. Dinner in the Ariel Restaurant did not start until 7:30 so we went to a nice steakhouse down the street.

Very convenient for a pre-night stay for a cruise from the Pan American cruise port. Staff very friendly at the front desk and the Comedor Restaurant. Building can use refreshing. Corridors and our room were dark. Our room could use a paint refresh. The tub grout needs a refresh, both in the tub and where the tub meets the floor.

We booked an accessible room as my husband uses a wheelchair. When we arrived we were allocated a room on floor 11 with no accessible features and the main lift was broken so we had to squeeze the wheelchair into the service lift.

Free $17 Credit....SCAM!
Room was clean but basic, bathroom is a decent size. Upon arrival we were told that we had a $17 credit to grab anything we like in the snack section before midnight. We took beverages under $17. Long story short my card was charged for it.

Worst checkin experience, front desk did’t care about people getting rooms. Mary is wait while others were getting rooms upon checkin. Room was small wit now compostable chair to sit in. Will never use this hotel again!

The king size bed was good. It had a fridge. The bed took up the whole room. The toilet in the bathroom was crazy. The flush was under the counter so hard to reach and the toilet cover would not open all the way since it hit the counter so when you sat on the toilet, the cover would be at your back...yuck. It was super noisy at night with the elevator noise going up and down and partiers. Would not recommend this place. Staff was friendly but wouldn't stay here again.

Really disappointing
I got room 1104 which is the top floor. Above my room was AC external unit which made a lot of noise and vibration. I wasn't able to sleep or rest at all. Considering I booked almost year in advance and price- I should have gotten a quiet room.
