The set-up is breathtaking, they've done such a brilliant job designing this thing. But the awful failures in so many aspects of the service had made it a very disappointing vacation. When you pay 2200 USD per night it's outrageous to suffer from such unprofessional errors and disrespect. Also, get ready to wait 60 min for food at breakfast, after waiting 20 min for a table. Or ask for a pillow at 3pm and get it after 10pm when you already have a do not disturb sign on the door etc. When your internet and tv don't work in the room after 5pm there's no IT person to fix it. The 'butler' team is awesome and wonderful, it's not their fault. Theres' a lack of mid-executives. Also, there are some policy issues: why, for example, send security guards to the pool and hot tub to force people out at 7pm, why not allowing a dip after 7pm? Get ready to ask for each item 3 times before you'll get it, and pay 500$ for a pcr test if you need one. I was expecting more, and the service problems had made it hard to relax, yet the property is heaven.
The plunge pool water front suits are beautiful. The east beach is more quiet, which was great for us.
