I had a wonderful stay at El Colonial! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan, PR.

The staff was amazing and helpful with food choices, the 24 hr bar was huge bonus. Safe location and walkable to everything. Would highly recommend staying but you do have to remember they have no elevator so pack light

This hotel is amazing! From the friendly staff, free open bar, cleanliness, and convenient location, it was a great experience. I particularly liked the safety; only guests of the hotel could enter the lobby.

The perfect place to stay in Viejo San Juan. The views are truly spectacular, the building itself is stunning, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The open bar is the perfect finishing touch. I will definitely be returning.
