You can tell the place is old but it has been well kept. The breakfast was excellent. I was expecting cereal or oatmeal. Instead I got a full meal deal. They have different choices and you select and they bring it to you on a plate.

I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t speak on it. The property outside and surrounding area is nice and safe. Quiet at night, no suspicious people. Safe to walk around at night in my opinion, although there isn’t many walkable places nearby. Staff was pretty nice, they did their job as far as answering the phone and whatnot. The number one thing I look for is cleanliness in the room, and that was the number one thing this place lacked. Room had hair on the bed, hair in the bathroom, on the blankets, carpets were stained with dust on the floor, it didn’t smell very good either. There were also stains on the pillows, and hair on the towels. This is why my rating is very low. But then again you get what you pay for I guess. Would I stay here again? If housekeeping actually cleaned the rooms then yeah. Everything was good until I checked the cleanliness of the room which is the most important thing! I also have photos for proof if anyone tries to say otherwise.

the staff was very friendly, both front desk and dining room staff. I only stayed 1 night, I checked in and then went to Basilica of San Juan and did some shopping I got to my room around 9pm and woke up the following morning at 5:30 am. I turned on shower and saw dead cockroach in tub. I removed the roach and waited and waited for the water to get at least warm enough to shower, but it remained ice cold. So I packed up and went to front desk to complain. Right behind me was a couple with complaints about roaches and the shower not working. I booked room because it had an 8.2 rating, but I was disappointed. I always use Expedia when booking and this is the first time I was not happy.

From the beginning the first issue was trying to open the room door. I had to have help opening the door. The A/C wasn’t functioning properly. I had to keep pressing the buttons. The bed was missing a leg because it kept tilting down. Bathroom was dirty full of hair. No microwave or fridge in my room? There were some with microwave and fridge? Pool was dirty. I recommend putting a screen. Breakfast was a long long wait.! Everyone was complaining about waiting time for breakfast. I recommend buffet warm breakfast.! Instead of cooking in the spot. Stuff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The place is just old. Plugs didn’t work. I had paid upfront so I had no other choice. It was just 2 days and stuff was friendly and helpful.
Pool was dirty.! I recommend putting a screen to cover the pool.! Leaves, flowers and trash kept coming inside the pool.
