The room was fine and did the job. The hotel was a bit dated and run down. We had to ask several times for a second blanket and 2 extra pillows. The room was only cleaned and bed made 2 times out of 4 days. Reception was very nice. If was a cheaper hotel and we got what we paid for. It was fair.

The Royal Sonesta San Juan
The room was very clean, the pool was really clean, sparkling! The beach access was perfect, one of the security staff made my day everytime we went out and came in, I forgot his name but he was telling everyone to have a blessed day. He was awesome! The breakfast we only had one day
