Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico
Besides being in Paradise, the staff at the resort was the absolute best! Every encounter with a a staff person was the same. Kind, friendly and genuinely caring.

El Conquistador Resort
Wonderful stay. wifi was a bit spotty and no meals are included but all the food and drinks were so delicious. Staff was super friendly and helpful!
