"Hotel looks nice from the outside and is in a good area for walking to restaurants and the beach; however, customer service isn’t great, we had a bunch of cockroaches that kept coming into our room, when we asked to get a new room they said they had none available even though 20 mins later they called us saying that they did have one so they just lied to us twice when we asked to switch (this was at around 11pm). Staff was not attentive at all, we saw them on their phones or just talking to one another when we needed to get their attention to get service at the restaurant. Would not recommend."
