"Rooms were very clean and organized! Staff were very friendly and accommodating! This resort had everything everyone would want! If you’re looking for a nice little resort, that’s set back away from the hustle and the bustle of the major tourist traps. This is the right place. The food was really good and was based off the Mexican pallet You have access to many bars on site The beach is all about two blocks away from the main part of the resort it’s located at their sister resort and he is absolutely amazing! If you’re looking to swim with the fish and be safe and have access to a pool and bar and restaurant, this is the place for you This resort is located near the main markets so if you’re looking to get your little keepsakes and what not you’re in luck! Super safe area with lots to do! Word of advice if you’re gonna come here, you’re gonna need to know Spanish because 90% of the people don’t speak English! This is an amazing place if you’re looking for something quiet or maybe you coming here with a small family! Absolutely amazing!"

"The ocean facing room was spacious and spotless with a large outdoor deck, complete with chairs, table and umbrella and basket swing. The staff were all awesome - so helpful and friendly all around. "Rooms are quality and staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has some great food, but it’s a bit expensive. Two things to note; surprisingly small pool area for how many rooms and the area is very underdeveloped. Definitely an older crowd vibe. The hotel would benefit by enforcing a bit more etiquette at the pool area around reversing sun beds, the people staying at the resort during our stay hogged the chairs and acted like they owned the place. The area has no cell reception, no stores, no ATM, only a few restaurants however the beach is epic and not busy whatsoever. "

"The resort is stunning and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. We loved the à la carte option and found it suited us best over all inclusive. This resort felt quiet, well kept, and was a short 3-5 minute walk to Hualtuco Plaza with shops and restaurants. "

"Really enjoyed it. Have a great time. However, it was advertised that there was four restaurants – the seafood restaurant was not open the entire three weeks we were there. We do not eat sushi. Totally unhappy about that. That left us with only two restaurants and buffet – so for variety we had to go out to restaurants which added to our costs. Advertise four restaurants only give you three – false advertising."
