Couldn’t check in until 1.5 hours after I was supposed to. They don’t tell you anything so it was hard to find the parking and anything else we needed. Wouldn’t stay there again, but it could’ve been worse

Hotel Puerto Valdes
Beautiful looking hotel but the looks deceive the actual condition of the rooms. Cheap construction materials used. The stove did not work (& others I spoke to said the same). Casa Pelayo
The apartment was clean and had all the basic necessities that were needed. Unfortunately, the stove top did not work, and there was no other way to heat food up, and there was no remote to use or access usage of the television.

Urbana Hotel
I would not venture into this part of San Juan again either. The hotel leaves much to be desired.

Romeo Hotel
This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.
