"The loacation is great .. being a 10 min walk from the really noisy and busy area. Rooms were clean. Pool, beach area nicely kept. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice to have breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Shout out to Deijan for his friendliness. If we return to Tamarindo .. we would definately stay here again!"

"We loved our stay at Tamarindo Village Hotel. My family chose one of the rooms with a second bedroom loft. It was located at the top of the hotel on a hill. I felt like I was in the jungle, removed from the tourists of town, yet we were very close (walking distance) to shops/grocery/restaurants and the beach. My favorite was that we had a private small dipping pool on our deck. Monkeys were playing in the trees daily. A large variety of birds were present as well. The entire property was very clean and well maintained. The owners keep the appliances up to date and the kitchenette was perfectly stocked with everything I needed but not too much. The breakfast was lovely. $7 for an ample amount of delicious food, or the buffet items are complementary. I love peaceful simplicity when I travel, and Tamarindo Village Hotel exceeded my expectations. We would be lucky to stay again."

"Rooms were great! AC worked amazingly. Margie at the front desk was so helpful with luggage storage and making us feel comfortable. The pool was great and there is an outdoor shower. Breakfast was unreal, many options with the traditional breakfast and coffee was great too! Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheeper stay in Tamarindo with easy access to the beach and downtown. "

"Seven, our concierge was awesome! She recommended not renting a car, had a golf Cart waiting for us and saved us $! Beach club was great. House was spotless and luxurious! Just far enough to walk to the busiest downtown by beach. Thursday nite market was right down the street! Beware when renting cabanas at beach club. Even though they tell you it has to be reserved only 24 hrs before and to WhatsApp them to reserve. I texted them to reserve, they asked times and i confirmed they never sent reserved confirmation so that afternoon when i checked they gave it away…. They kinda made it right with a different cabana but on beach side not pool. Food is great but be prepared island time takes well over an hour after ordering. But still one of the best vacations we had as a family. Lots of beach down time, atv rides to different beaches, La Leona waterfall tours, catamaran sunset tours with snorkeling and beach horse rides. Should have stayed a few more days to explore the town and maybe get a fishing trip in. "

"The staff were great ! The location is conveniently 15-20 mins to Tamarindo, which can save you a lot on the cost of staying in tamarindo. You can also arrange shuttle with them from the airport which is only about an hour away. The host is SUPER responsive through WhatsApp. You can also, pay through their payment system there and they will give you cash which is a great way to avoid looking for an ATM. "
