"The best villas on the lake! Very beautiful, clean, serene and close to a bunch of restaurants, boat rides, jet ski! Internet is fast, nicely furnished and spacious rooms with cold AC. Showers with hot water(yes in most properties we visited there was lukewarm water and no hot water). The infinity pool is sparkling and gorgeous! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. "The property is close to the beach 2 min walk and 5-8 min away with a car from grocery stores, restaurants, El Tunco or La Libertad. Secure gated location with parking inside. Staff is friendly and accommodating but with limited English. We relied on live app translation or Google Translate. The complimentary breakfast is ok, we preferred the al a cart menu. Good cocktails :) three things that my family didn’t like: loud music at night(until 2 am); no hot water just lukewarm(apparently this is a normal thing); internet was almost non existent except in the bar/sitting area. Overall ok place but we shortened our stay and moved to a Lake Coatepeque accommodation which was better."

"I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is good, the rooms are very comfortable, and the cleanliness was outstanding. I stay suite ocean front. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my entire stay. There are just a couple of areas that could make the guest experience even better. The pool area needs more beaches chairs. There are only four, and they are fixed in place, so guests can’t move them to a preferred spot or follow the sun or shade. The other point is the breakfast. It is served from a fixed menu with very limited options. Since we stayed for 15 days, it became repetitive. Also, any juice other than the one included had to be purchased separately and we can only have one glass. I believe breakfast would be much better if guests could enjoy unlimited juice with a variety of options included. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely recommend. With a few improvements to the breakfast and pool seating, it would be even better."

He made us feel at home and turned a great vacation into an unforgettable one. Thank you, Saúl! The property itself is stunning. The facilities are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly blend luxury with the natural surroundings. But the rooms… wow! They are absolutely amazing, spacious, beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and every detail has been carefully considered with an unbelievable view. We stayed for four days, and honestly, we would have happily stayed even longer. Mizata Antiresort exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful property with amazing views and wonderful staff. Just note that there’s active construction, so daytime noise is noticeable. My room also needed upgrades. The shower pressure was low and the AC made a loud thumping noise. Still, I enjoyed my stay overall, and I’m sure the hotel will be even better once renovations are complete."
