I spotted this colorful iguana during the one-hour jeep trip it takes to get to the village of Los Campesinos. This area is full of interesting plant and animal life. It also has a rather scary suspension bridge and some beautiful waterfall pools that are good for swimming.

Absolutely stunning resort with tons of amenities. The only real downside is that it is a bit isolated on the end of a long winding road, but you do get beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean and rainforest.The staff is warm and welcoming, food is excellent
