"This is not my first time at the Madonna Inn, and this time i was very for the bedroom i chose, the Tall and Short, although is beautiful it is quite different from the advertising pictures and videos, its not as pink as it seems, and the carpet is completely different, its a dark majenta carpet, definitely not the color it shows, and i was quite disappointed for how uncleaned the whole property was, for the amount of money they make i expected things to be in a better condition, obviously its a old property but maintenance could be better, doors are chipped and unpainted, spider webs, dust, random string of hair in the shower glass sliding door. besides that it was great!"

"Our first room had AC not working, lotion and body wash missing (holders there but no containers), bathroom window screen missing. They moved us to a new room the 2nd time I brought up the AC. 2nd room had everything intact and working and better wifi connection. There is a sign up at the desk saying the TVs werenโ€™t working and it was something out of their control. They also advertise laundry facilities but we were told those were not working also. Pool and hot tub looked nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was good. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs and sausage, bagels, instant oatmeal, etc. Would stay here again in spite of the issues."
