I was very impressed with the rooms and amenities, including sink, hot plate, toaster, dishes. A nice place to stay at San Luis Obispo. The pool looked clean and nice - next time I will try.

Very clean room and quiet area. Friendly staff. The only thing was the do not provide toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) so remember to bring your own.

The room was clean and as advertised. The staff was welcoming. The place is good if you need a place to rest for the night. The bed was not the most comfortable though and the noise level from the other rooms was loud. There was a room that had a dog and it cried almost all night… Overall, I would stay if for a night but not more than that. The area was quiet and I felt safe.

Pros: Free parking Clean room Microwave, Coffee pot, Refrigerator, Electric stove Hot water and good water pressure in shower Swimming pool Cons: No complentary water bottle No paper tissues box Sink faucet water pressure is super low Windows are not tinted so can't keep blinds open as they are beside the door and people walking can look in, so.no.natural.light into the room No shampoo , only travel size soap bar No temperature control on AC, only 3 settings Check out at front desk only

Check in was smooth and staff was nice. Room was clean. Our only issue was - We could hear people swimming in the pool passed 11:30pm. The people staying next to us were stomping their feet at 2am down the hallway upon entering their room and being very loud until 3am. It would be great if the hotel would enforce quiet hrs.

good for the time that we needed, didn’t need the extra luxury. went next door to say hi to friends at neighboring hotel, glad we we didn’t pay extra bc felt like college dorm with all the guests and their kids. Kitchen area was fine; however, when you used the toaster the heat set off the fire detector. The room was clean but the bed needed a better blanket rather than thin ones, and the pillows were too stiff and thick. A good location and value, especially for longer stays.
