We were pleasantly surprised we had stayed here a long time ago, they have remodeled and it’s much nicer. Staff was friendly they’re pet friendly which is huge to us because we like to bring our little corgi! Rooms were clean and comfortable great location. Can’t wait for them to finish their outdoor space. Looks like it’s going to be beautiful.

I hadn’t stayed here before, and the location was better than expected! The parking was more than adequate, a little tight here and there, but not a problem. Our room was roomy and clean. I knew they’d remodeled somewhat recently, so was surprised that the mattresses hadn’t been replaced. I know it’s hard to do everything, so hoping that happens in the near future. We really enjoyed our stay, and the many staff members we met were all really helpful and friendly. Excited to come back!

This was our fourth stay at The Landing, and it’s easy to see why we keep coming back. The property is very clean, the staff is consistently friendly, and the location in Morro Bay is truly hard to beat. The only minor downside is that the walls are a bit thin. It wasn’t a major issue, but we could hear a gentleman next door snoring and some kids playing. For the price and the unbeatable location, though, this is really the only negative thing I can point to. Overall, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is wonderful, and the convenience of being right in the heart of Morro Bay makes this hotel an easy choice. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future.
