I asked for their airport pickup service (for a certain date and time). I received a message via Expedia that Christian could pick me up for $35, if I sent them my flight info. I did and I never heard back. I messaged them again asking for info on where Christian would be picking me up at the airport. I received a message back saying that the hotel did NOT offer airport transportation. When I checked out I asked about this and showed them what was on their Expedia profile, about airport transportation. I was asked if I needed transportation, since Uber can’t get signals from their hotel. They called a driver and the taxi came 30 minutes later to take me back to the airport, where I could then reach Uber to take me to my next hotel destination.

The place was very beautiful looked like a little paradise with nature palm trees hammocks most of the staff was very nice I would stay again they gave us an excellent view of the ocean and the beach was a minute walk away breakfast was excellent

One of the worst place I had ever stay, everything look old and outdated, the pools didn’t look clean, and the hotel smells bad, my room door didn’t even close all the way, we didn’t eat or drink anything we were scared, definitely not a hotel for us, personally I would never stay there, the only reason why I booked was it said it was close to the airport but never again. I travel a lot this was the worst hotel.

Dear Esther, we are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. but for us its more important to keep our family hotel away from people who like to abuse of alcohol drinks.If you visit El Salvador and you want to party Ofcourse this is not a hotel for you.

The hotel is in a jungle with birds and animals. There are pools and hammocks strung throughout. Gorgeous private beach with warm waves. Loved it here!

I loved the customer service, the waiters, the person who opens the garage, the nurse were friendly and helpful. The property is gorgeuos! However their policies need to be adjusted. Theres two legal identification IDs one a drivers license, and passport. A drivers license should nener be taken they denied taking a passport. I needed my license to drive. I almost got attacked by three dogs they growled at me i took theyd bite me i shood them away. The bathrooom liked water on the floor maintance came to fix it, The food needs more taste and i caught food poisoning. I checked out a day before and requested a refund for the day unsued even with all this i didnt get a refund. I strongly believe in clients come first and their needs. I wouldnt return here again.

We had no idea when we booked this place, but it was lovely. Very clean, great food and very friendly accommodating staff. The beach was long and lovely for walking. the inside of the place is like a theme park. built over the water of the mangrove estuary. Lovely trees and plants and exotic birds. I would definitely recommend this place. Not a big tourist place. Mostly locals. A Treasure!!

This is a pleasant family-friendly resort on a beautiful stretch of beach, featuring well-maintained and safe swimming pools and some animal attractions (monkeys, parrots, macaw, turtles and alligator), along with a nice display of a typical mangrove estuary on the other side from the ocean. The food was excellent, as were the cocktails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the decor is a bit dated but that actually added to the appeal. Nearby are numerous working fishermen, and it was a site to see them launch their boats into the surf! Not much to do outside of the resort, but this is a great opportunity to enjoy the Pacific coast away from the surf crowd, and to simply relax.

I love the location and the accessibility to the beach, the room was beautiful. The restaurant at the hotel has plenty of good food, and very affordable, I didn't like the plumbing in the bathroom, the toilet flooded and during the duration of our stay it didn't stop bubbling, it was annoying, other than that we enjoy our stay. there are no restaurants around or stores so be prepared with anything you need specially emergency medications.

The hotel is in the middle of a estuary and the sea. Estuaries have a particular odor, but that is part of the natural environment. I love that they respect the nature. The food tastes good. The staff is very respectful and professional. The rooms are clean. There is plenty of parking. The sundowns are spectacular. I highly recommend this place.

This is one of my best experiences I have ever had so far. Property is gorgeous and well maintained. Staffs are so willing to help and they all did great job. I received a room with ocean view and balcony, and the room is spotless and clean. This hotel is located in a remote area, there is limited transportation in and out. I hired Uber during my stay worked out fine. Property has no hot water for shower, but water temperature is mild which was fine with me.

Me gustó el hotel por la razón que está cerca de la playa y por las piscinas, también por la naturaleza. Lo que no me gustó es que no tienen caridad de desayuno, no frutas, no jugos naturales y todo estaba muy limitado. No me gustó que tienen unos animales en jaula.

Hola Ana, gracias por sus comentarios.Los monos que estan en jaula son rescatados, inicialmente eran dos bonitos recatados y los demás han nacido con nosotros, estan bajo control veterinario y tienen una alimentación muy sana, lamentablemente no se pueden liberar ya que ellos nacieron en cautiverio y al liberarlos serian presa fácil de depredadores especialmente el mercado negro de animales.Con relación al desayuno estamos tomando nota de sus observaciones, sus comentarios son importantes para nosotros.

We loved staying at Hotel Estero y Mar! From the moment we arrived, the staff were very attentive and friendly. The grounds are beautiful! The beach is the cleanest I’ve seen in the country. It’s beautiful and peaceful. The room was very spacious and comfortable! They offer many options on their menu which is great.We had a very early flight and the staff managed to help us check out in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back with my family when I visit the country again. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Estero y Mar.

I love everything convenience walking to the beach And lovely, friendly staff service excellent. The only problem they need to improve their menu food specially dinner overall everything's OK. A little pricey on the drinks
