"The moment we arrived Francesco greeted us warmly. The room was clean, quiet and had a lovely terrace we could enjoy along with onsite parking. The pool while unheated was a great place to relax at. Fabio, the bartender at the bar provide us excellent service and was always working hard. Heโ€™s a great representation of what good customer service should be. The breakfast staff at the breakfast buffet also went above and beyond to make sure our coffee orders and food were just right. Thank you to all the staff for making this a great stay!"

"Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room."

"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."

"On our visit to Wall Art Hotel it was being used by many tour groups for nearby Florence attractions, so the dining room was used by the tour groups only in the evenings, they accommodated us only one evening and turned us away the other. The room was clean and comfortable, but our room had a shower door issue where the door couldn't be closed all the way and water came out of the shower onto the floor. The parking garage under the hotel is convenient and room for the guests with vehicles, however there was not a button to open the garage and had to get clarification from the front desk. The hotel is about 3-4 blocks walk to the nearest train station that takes you in to Florence and the Airport. I would stay at this property again. It is conveniently located to dining options and downtown stores."
