"The room is clean and since we had the room located at the back it's quiet. Checking in with them next time since it's close to my sons place."

"Terrible! Room smells old and moldy, disgusting. Towels are old yellowed and dirty. Air conditioner doesn't work. Shower head is low, you have to bend down to shower (I'm 5"5). Shower head and water drain was rusted and has mold, handle was falling apart. Very low water pressure and water is not warm enough. Bed and mattress was bad, you can feel the springs inside and can see underneath the bed sheets was really dirty (hair, stains etc). Pillow was bumpy(worse than the $2ones from Walmart. Outside the hotel area/parking lot has some homeless and weirdos. booked 5nights stay, almost cried, I travel quite often and never had a hotel this bad. The only reason I gave 2stars was the location was convenient with restaurants and grocery stores near by and a gas station with 24hours convenient store. The staff seems nice and welcoming but that doesn't help with how bad the hotel itself was. I do NOT recommend this place to stay unless you really have no other options."

"Front desk was very friendly and accommodating , friendly staff however some staff was not good at giving directions. So we were unable to get a full experience of the Amenities . Overall loved the property . And the view of the upgraded rooms we got family enjoyed our stay. "

"Loved the location and the atmosphere. The girls at the Spinnaker were rude. I’m sorry it’s 9 am and I just wanted a coffee. Literally ordered a iced latte and a coffee. Never was I offered any creamer or sugar and when I asked she just took out a carton of half & half and put it on the counter. I was expecting a friendly vibe and was let down. The room was nice and clean but did have an odor, probably because the resort is older. Loved the pool. Loved the smores. Loved the late night movie at the pool. Parking was fine. I think there was a wedding and I never had any issues with parking. "

"View of the ocean was amazing! Disappointed that pool and hot tub area was closed due to construction—was not aware when booking and not notified upon checking in. We could hear noise from rooms above us and when anyone was walking by our door. Area around hotel was fantastic."
