"We stayed here for a nearby wedding. The price was a bit better than others near. We did get a surprise when we checked in as we were not told, even when we paid our stay in advance, that they also needed a $200.00 deposit. Not sure why they didn’t add that to the prepayment. Got our room and when entered, slightly older room, we found tiny ants all over the bathroom. We notified the CS and they changed our room after maintenance came to look. Not to anything better, but same room in the middle. No problem but she said it was an upgrade, it wasn’t , but no ants which was good. Breakfast was plenty and all sorts of things, but get up a bit earlier to get some. The bar and cafe didn’t open till 5, which was a couple days. I wish it was at noon. The bartender was very nice, that room was updated. The hotel was clean, just a bit older. Outside they have a pool and always had a fire going for you to enjoy. We didn’t have the “do not disturb sign”, wish we had. Other then the ants, we would stay there again."
