We stayed one night at Arrayanes Lake View Mountain Lodge and it was unforgettable. The views are absolutely stunning—waking up to that scenery alone is worth it. The property feels calm and well cared for, and the tea house was excellent. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and relaxing.

The property has a great view of the lake and mountains. The porch connected to the room is lovely to sit on and enjoy the sunset. it is a not too far from the city center, but the mountain road condition made it less attractive to drive out and visit.

The place is beautiful located in an amazing spot with lake view. Getting there is very difficult by car as the ride is really rocky. Upon our entry to the room there was a dirty, wet towel in the bathroom which didn’t feel like a great start. The floor did not feel clean and some parts are were bit old. The room feels a bit cluttered by the design. For the price and location I would say it’s worth the stay.

The views from the property were truly unbeatable. The cabins are comfortable inside, and the outdoor picnic tables and lounge chairs make it easy to enjoy room service from the tea house or a glass of wine outdoors. During our stay it was extremely windy, so we chose to dine at the tea house instead — which we ended up highly recommending. That said, the room cleanliness fell short. While the bed sheets were fresh and clean, the floor had clearly not been swept (there was visible dust and dog hair), and the couch was covered in crumbs. We also requested a crib for our infant daughter, and the mattress provided was too large for the pack-and-play. It curved upward like a banana, making it unsafe for our baby to sleep in. As a result, she had to sleep with us in the bed. I’m not sure why they assumed it would be acceptable for a child to sleep on a curved, ill-fitting mattress.

Amazing view of lake Lacar from the room. The breakfast was a bit disappointing as it consisted largely of cakes that were likely leftovers from the teahouse so didn't taste fresh.

Fantastic views.

An amazing view of the lake. We were able to sit on our back porch to watch the sunrise and sunsets. The resort sits high on the mountain above San Martin. The tea house provides excellent food and great service while enjoying the view. We would happily return.

Starting with the basics: hotel is well equipped, hot water, great water pressure and great beds. Location is great: super peaceful and amazing views in any direction that you can look, including the bathroom shower! Staff: Super helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast. Alda was great in catering to our needs during breakfast.

O quarto também era confortável e atendeu às nossas expectativas. Infelizmente, nossa experiência foi comprometida por falhas importantes na recepção e na infraestrutura. Em razão de uma forte chuva durante o trajeto, chegamos ao hotel mais tarde do que o previsto. No entanto, ao chegarmos, não havia qualquer funcionário para nos receber, tampouco encontramos orientações, recados ou qualquer forma de contato disponível. As ligações telefônicas não foram atendidas, e, diante da impossibilidade de acessar a hospedagem, fomos obrigados a procurar outro hotel na cidade para passar a noite. Foi uma situação extremamente desgastante, especialmente após uma longa viagem sob condições climáticas adversas. Além disso, quando finalmente nos hospedamos, constatamos que não havia água quente, pois o boiler não havia sido ligado. Em pleno inverno, trata-se de uma falha grave, que compromete significativamente o conforto e a experiência dos hóspedes. É uma propriedade com enorme potencial, em razão de sua localização privilegiada e da beleza natural que a cerca. No entanto, alguns aspectos básicos da operação e da hospitalidade precisam ser revistos com urgência, pois um atendimento acolhedor e uma infraestrutura plenamente funcional são requisitos essenciais para um hotel dessa categoria.

Fomos bem recebidos no checkin. Não tem um staff 24h, para uma avaliação 4 estrelas, deixa muito a desejar. Nos dão as chaves, uma para a porta do quarto e outra para a porta de entrada da pousada. As 3 noites que ficamos lá, tivemos dificuldade para abrir a porta de fora. E não tem ninguém pra ajudar. Não atendem o telefone, nem respondem ao WhatsApp. Muito ruim para um lugar escuro e noite fria. Café da manhã muito fraco, mas gostoso. O chuveiro mito bom, água forte e quentinha. O aquecedor bem fraco por ser um lugar de neve. Cama e roupas de banho muito bons.
