"The only two things I could’ve said negative would have been that there was never really hot water, just warm and minimal toiletries i.e. shampoo soap, toilet paper. Neither of which will take away the five stars because I could’ve spoken with Management downstairs and never did. My stay was super amazing. The staff was awesome and the area was more than five stars. I loved the place and will be coming back."

"This hotel is in an ideal location, with Multiplaza Mall being a short walk away and many many restaurants and shops around the area. The service was excellent! I mentioned that the stay was for my birthday and we were given an upgraded room with an amazing view, and the attendant at the counter asked us if we booked tours already, advised us about the opening time of the mall and suggested what we could do while we waited to check in. "
