"Santa Barbara is a lovely accommodation in GDS. great location and close to lovely places to eat. The room and complex was ideal. Very good. I gave 4 stars but would have given 5 if I didn’t need to contact for th bed change/towel change as they kept missing our apartment out. However then did the change the next day and they apologised for missing us twice."

"This was our second stay at the hotel and we would definitely recommend it! The staff are all fantastic, friendly and so helpful from the reception desk to the bars and the entertainment team work so hard, the kids all adore them (our child had talked about them since our last visit and was so happy that they remembered her!) Rooms are a really good size, clean and well equipped.
The only area for improvement is the buffet. The food they serve is really good, however, we often found it labelled incorrectly and it would be amazing if more dairy free options were available as there were days when there was very little choice and never any suitable desserts. Other than that, everything is fantastic!"

"This hotel was exactly what we needed. Just a short drive from the airport and a lovely little resport. Local shops and food on your doorstep, close to the beach and a lovely pool! The room was clean and well equipt and their restaurant on site was delightful.
All of the staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough for you! All were very friendly and considerate of the fact we were traveling with a baby.
Highly recommend this place!"
