Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Una experiencia muy mala y, sinceramente, un lugar en el que no recomendaría hospedarse. Desde que llegamos no había agua y la luz se iba constantemente, prácticamente cada cinco minutos. Esto hizo imposible algo tan básico como bañarnos o incluso utilizar el aire acondicionado, porque cada vez que intentábamos hacerlo volvía a cortarse la energía. Lo más grave fue la falta de respuesta por parte del hotel. Al reportarlo, únicamente nos dijeron que tenían “un problema de luz”, pero no ofrecieron ninguna solución, alternativa ni se hicieron responsables de las condiciones en las que nos estaban hospedando. Entiendo que pueden existir fallas técnicas, pero si un hotel no puede garantizar agua, electricidad ni condiciones mínimas para descansar, simplemente no está en condiciones de recibir huéspedes. Definitivamente no volvería y no lo recomiendo.
