"Older property in need of updating. Both breakfast and evening reception were not up to what I have come to expect from Embassy suites. Pool area was a nice size but the staff did not enforce the no outside alcohol, ice chests, loud music etc and the hot tub was taken over by 10+ people having their own party so nobody else could use it for hours. "Everything was stained including the bathtub. Extremely outdated. Completely understaffed. I felt so bad for the First Lady that helped us at the front desk on check in. The 2nd lady was SO RUDE! We had no bedding in our room, when she was asked for some she was completely overwhelmed being the only person working it seemed. It was an awful experience.Room was ok but outdated and no pull out in the sofa. Not a very comfortable stay."

"My dad was staying her after surgery at TMC next door. Check in was seamless and the ADA room had everything to make him comfortable. Parking was also available right by his room. "

"This was the 4th Sonesta that we have stayed at...in one word it was disgusting: the rooms smelled, there were burnt rings on the kitchen floor, outdoor maintenance below par, a very meager breakfast, and, truthfully, if we could have got a refund we would have left. Where was pride in cleanliness and accountability? "
