"Seleccione una estancia en la aplicación y termine en un hotel diferente y con condiciones muy pobres y con cargo extra porque tenía aire acondicionado $300 pesos más por habitación por cuarto, lo cual no era lo que esperaba y lo que me había ofrecido tanto hotel.com como la posada San José pochutla, la cual me ofreció 4 cuartos con camas diferentes y alberca y a final de cuentas terminé en un hotel de 2 estrellas si no es que menos con tal de hospedar a toda mi familia el nombre del hotel a donde me llevo la encargada o dueña de la posada San José fue al hotel alebrijes en el mismo pueblo. No sé si tenga que proporcionar más información que está porque no estoy satisfecho de nada y espero una respuesta de hotels.com "
