"Beautiful well maintained hotel with several amenities. Restaurant and shops on site. Located in a great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also offer diving and snorkeling excursions. Took snorkeling excursion to Mexico Rocks and had a great time. It can get a bit loud at times with airplanes flying by as its located close to small airport. Staff was helpful."

"The staff is what makes my review 5 stars. The housekeeping crew, Chrissy, always had a smile as she passed by and checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Johny continued to check on us when we were poolside and delivered great food/drink service. Eric greeted us from the beginning and gave us the signature Alaia drink and conversed with us whenever we saw him. So pleasant to talk with him. These are just a few of the names that helped make our stay enjoyable. The property is so pretty and we loved walking around the grounds. The food was good as well and we ate on the property often. The gym was clean and had the equipment we needed. We didn’t explore too many of the drinks but the ones we had were tasty and my husband liked the local beer. We will be back."

"Everyone at this hotel is beyond sweet!! they made me feel like family and extra special for my birthday without me even asking. They upgraded my room once they found out it was my birthday and I had the most iconic sunrise view that I still think about a month later. They decorated my room and even put the cutest little cheesecake in my fridge. They made my experience memorable, and I will never forget them! All of them! Taneisha, Trammy, Moracy(sorry I messed up your name) and a few others!"
