"I have stayed here multiple times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The beds are ok - better than most lower priced alternativs. But for the money, it is really pretty nice. Has a nice pool and a great little breakfast and putting in the Nescafe machine was WONDERFUL."

"Inconvenient parking with few spots that were tiny in width. Terribly slow poolside wait times for simple drinks during periods of no activity. Room not ready for checkin at checkin time. Shorter pool hours than comparable hotels at this price point. Overall a pretty lackluster experience for a hotel that calls itself the best in the city. It really falls short of that target and we are not likely to stay there again. Some of the good bits: The pool is nice and the kid wading area is great....

There was a miscommunication about being transported from the airport, but the receptionist apologized and sent a complimentary fruit plate to our room, I was satisfied. "The hotel was easy to get to and near the square which is where all the ‘activity’ is. Breakfast was nice and there was coffee as well. "
