"My partner and I booked this property however when we arrived at 7pm, there was a large gate blocking the entrance and no one was there. We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. "Property was not downtown but still walkable to restaurants. Nice pool area and they actually had HOT hot tubs! The other places we went didn’t. So we were happy to sit in a hot one in the evenings.
Clean and nice rooms. We were in building two with a perfectly clear view of the volcano!
Bar upstairs was nice. Buffet breakfast was great, especially the omelette station for my son! Great place to stay in La Fortuna!"
