"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"The staff was very friendly, however the resort itself was quite small, with not a lot to do besides the few scheduled activities. The pools were nice, but close early at 7pm. There isn’t much that happens after 10pm. Like many 3d world countries, there is garbage found around the property, but it’s more so in the bushes. The room was nice. However, when you go to an all inclusive, you expect to have room amenities, we didn’t have shampoo or body wash… so that was unfortunate. Overall, good place, but I wouldn’t go back unless someone else was paying."
