"The room was really clean. The staff extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast very good authentic salvador flavor. Beds are comfortable. A plus for me was that reception will make copies of anything you need for an extra charge. "

"I reserved a room for 1 night thru Expedia and paid $156 dollars. I’m landing in El Salvador at 9pm so I told my wife to do the check in since the website says the check in is until 8pm and then they charged my wife extra $20 dollars for it. They said if she doesn’t pay the money the whole reservation was going to be cancel so she paid extra $20 dollars. Nice rooms but shady customer service, my wife felt they were taking advantage of her. Won’t stay there anymore."

"My room only had fans, but this time of the year it would get cold at night. So I turned them off at night and was completely comfortable during the day. They cleaned and changed the linens every day. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Would stay there again!"

El hotel ademas de ser muy agradable, brilla por su limpieza en todos sus rincones. El trato del staff es MARAVILLOSO. Especialmente, queremos agradecer al jefe del restaurante que nos reservó una mesa maravillosa para la cena Nochebuena, que fue maravillosa.
