An old Spanish colonial building that is open, airy, unusual and charming. Evening dining on the outskirts of the small town. The town is a refreshing break from the larger towns. Breakfast is not prepared on property.

Beautiful hotel but over price for what you receive. You get breakfast, but have to order the night before. You have to ask in advance for hot water to be turned on. The first few days, the doors would be locked and you would have to find the desk attendant to let you out or in. Many time we had to wait until he showed up. Finaly we convinced him to just leave it open for us. In my room, the AC broke down twice and had to be fixed, which admittedly they did right away both times. Attendant was super friendly though and tried to accommodate us. Laundry is available on request. The nieghborhood, is fairly clean for a developing country, but the noise from the trucks driving close by could be unbearable sometimes as they use their retarder breaks in the city.
