"It was a nice and clean room. And a nice hot tub we did use privately. We book a transfer from airports, and two tours. It was perfect. They take care of us very well. "

"Amazing property, the grounds are well kept, our room was spacious and spotless, the hot springs were amazing. There is a pool and a sauna on the property. The food was incredible - fresh, tasty, great options. Had a buffer breakfast every morning and truly enjoyed it. Had a few lunches and dinners and loved everything. Staff was very nice, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Uber to the town is fast and cheap if you’re not renting a car. Lots of parking if you have a vehicle. Great excursions, you can make arrangements on your own or ask the front desk to make arrangements for you. We found the area very safe. Highly recommend the resort to everyone visiting the area."

"Close to airport, convenient airport shuttle and good breakfast offered. Everything we were looking for during a short stay. We also appreciated the ‘To-go snack’ bags provided to us when we had a very early flight to catch. "

"The hotel was lovely and the staff were incredibly kind and professional, they alone made my stay wonderful! The only complaint is the noise of construction but I fortunately travel with ear plugs. I’d definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Great "bang for your buck"! We were so happy with our big room, nice and clean. We spent one night but had two full days in the hot springs. The breakfast was delicious and the views to the volcano were stunning. We were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again!"
